Sadly as much as I like the food I probably won’t come back . I have tried ordering in store and online but the order is wrong EVERY TIME !! Last night I thought I’d cracked it because I looked in the bag before I left store and everything seemed to be there, hurrah . Once I got to my destination I discovered I had salt and chilli chips but had paid for salt and chilli chicken. It was too far to come back to store. Last week my husband got the totally wrong order and had to return to store. I’m sure we aren’t the only customers this is happening too. It’s a real shame as the food is great but it’s too much hassle to either eat what you didn’t order or keep returning and complaining to the store. I can’t see how this business will survive if this keeps happening to everyone !

We like the pancake rolls they're always hot and very full . Malaysian chicken curry is awesome.

Two and a half hours to deliver, even though it said an hour. Phoned the Aroma Kitchen twice and the customer service was non existent. The up side was the food was nice, even after having to warm it up in the microwave. Don’t usually complain - but if they’d just been honest about delivery time (even when we phoned after an hour and a half) we’d have collected it ourselves.

It was our first time ordering and we don’t live far away but our order took an hour 45 mins to arrive which is just far too long and puts us off ordering again. Most of the food was nice but the beef in the chow mein was very chewy and not very nice. When we called about our order we were told it would only be 5 mins but was an extra 30 mins after that.

a roma kitchen has a fabulous service .. very quick and every meal we have got is delicious .. well prepared and very tasty.. its nice to get wee free items too

The food was excellent I had the crispy shredded beef honey chilli sauce taste magic. Spring rolls were magic.
