Meal arrived an hour late and delivered with boiled rice but I'd ordered fried rice so won't be back

We received our delivery almost 2 hours and 20 mins after ordering at 6.40pm. Food was lukewarm on arrival. Continuous misinformation when calling to check progress. No offer of discount, only half hearted apologies. Will never order again.

Excellent meal

I love A Roma Kitchen the food is always lovely and fresh their green mussels are amazing, they are definitely worth a try if you like mussels. Would highly recommend everyone to give this restaurant a try, the staff are very friendly and welcoming also .

Sadly as much as I like the food I probably won’t come back . I have tried ordering in store and online but the order is wrong EVERY TIME !! Last night I thought I’d cracked it because I looked in the bag before I left store and everything seemed to be there, hurrah . Once I got to my destination I discovered I had salt and chilli chips but had paid for salt and chilli chicken. It was too far to come back to store. Last week my husband got the totally wrong order and had to return to store. I’m sure we aren’t the only customers this is happening too. It’s a real shame as the food is great but it’s too much hassle to either eat what you didn’t order or keep returning and complaining to the store. I can’t see how this business will survive if this keeps happening to everyone !

We like the pancake rolls they're always hot and very full . Malaysian chicken curry is awesome.
